My new blog, (my signature) Google indexes quickly, but Yahoo has yet to index my blog, what way to make it faster and index my blog?

I'm implementing an advertising campaign to relaunch my website so while seeking for a cheaper alternative than Google Adwords I found a search engine that offers no pay-per-click but flat rate advertising in over 200 search engines and I'm not sure about taking this.

I see many website has very poor alexa ranking and still they claim that they are getting more visitors and earning more from that website.If alexa ranking is accurate or nearly close why they are showing low rank then.I cannot understand.
